What is Rhythm Cycling?
Rhythm Cycling is a cardio-focused, full-body exercise that is perfect combination of low impact & high intensity. You move to the beat of the music, and the programme is discerning and balanced by nature, ensuring you get to work on speed and resistance to build stamina, endurance and strength.
Our classes are designed to provide a holistic athletic experience, with each ride a perfect medley of music, movement and motivation. All instructors have gone through intensive training with Absolute Academy, and are equipped with the Absolute Methodology that was carefully developed and refined in partnership with globally-renowned master instructors - of whom are pioneers of rhythm cycling.
Class Types.

Foundation: 15 min | Ride: 45 min
Getting the hang of spin or want to take it easy? This class is suitable for all levels, even first timers. This is also great for those bringing new friends and still want the full 45-min experience. Note that only those new or require help to come for the 15-min foundation.
IF YOU DO NOT need help/foundation:
e.g. If class is stated to start at 10.30am. you only need to enter at 10.45am. If you have a new friend, they are in safe hands - you can join them after foundation is done!

Foundation: Nil | Ride: 45 min
Enjoy a full 45-minute class, comprising great beats, challenging runs, and fun choreography - all while ensuring you are listening to your body and moving at a steady pace.
If you still require assistance before class starts, our team and instructor will be around to help you!

Foundation: Nil | Ride: 60 min
Faster, harder, more powerful. It’s amazing what an extra 15 minutes can do. A little more challenge, a little more sweat, a lot more Absolute Cycle. A 60-minute class designed for those who have ridden the rhythm before or have taken at least 10 ABSOLUTE 45 CLASSES. One foundation class required.
