    Pilates Reformer

    The Reformer targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously, providing a comprehensive full-body workout.

    The workout emphasises controlled, fluid movements that promote flexibility and strength. By elongating the muscles and focusing on proper alignment, experience increased joint mobility, improved posture and develop long, lean muscles.

    Pilates Wunda Chair

    The Wunda Chair is a full body workout designed to improve your balance, coordination and core strength. The Chair can be used seated or standing, with springs to adjust the resistance level.

    It is intended to support a wide range of exercises that target various muscle groups, including the core, arms, legs and back. Its versatility makes it suitable to use for both beginner & advanced practitioners.

Class Types.

  • (60 MIN TOTAL)

    This is a mandatory class for all Absolute Pilates first-timers - even if you have attended other Pilates Reformer or Wunda Chair classes before.

    For the first 25 min, we will take you through the functions of the apparatus and introduce the foundation of pilates.

  • FIT & TONE (60 MIN TOTAL)

    Targeting the strengthening of the whole body, enjoy a push for your muscles while enhancing overall coordination.

    ABS & ARMS (60 MIN TOTAL)

    Work to strengthen your core and arms in this functional workout! In this workout, we focus on building muscle strength without the bulk.

    BUTT & THIGHS (60 MIN TOTAL)

    Our lower body essentially supports our day-to-day movements (i.e. walking). In this class, we push build your lower body strength.

    REFORMER STRETCH (60 MIN TOTAL)

    Strengthen your core muscles while clocking in a good stretch to improve your flexibility! The reformer provides support and resistance for active stretching, giving you a good burn while ensuring your muscles feel rejuvenated with all the tension relieved.

    REFORMER YOGA (60 MIN TOTAL)

    This hybrid workout is a combination of yoga poses and stretches with the challenge of the reformer. Take your yoga practice to the next level on the reformer to strengthen your core and improve your flexibility.

    Suitable for those who have attended at least 20-30 Group Pilates Reformer classes.

  • FIT & TONE* (60 MIN TOTAL)

    Ready to up your Pilates game? This class is a full body workout that is efficiently structured to lead you to peak performance, inspired by Joseph Pilates’ advanced repertoire.

    REFORMER HIIT* (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A dynamic high-intensity interval training that combines high-powered floor-based exercises with reformer work to tone and shape the body while increasing stamina and overall muscle endurance.

    *Suitable for those who have attended at least 20-30 Group Pilates Reformer classes.
