Having first opened our doors in 2002, we have now have 8 studios in Bangkok, 6 in Singapore and 2 in Hong Kong - with over 100,000 members. With 20 years as an industry leader, Absolute has become Asia’s largest boutique fitness studio, pioneering in the Pilates Reformer Group Experience and providing holistic Rhythm Cycling classes that centres on creating that balance for personal growth physically, mentally and emotionally.

Absolute Academy is the first and only academy in Asia that provides training and certification for rhythm cycling and pilates. Our training programmes are built in line with our Absolute Methodology that was carefully developed, tested and refined over many years - in partnership with globally-renowned instructors - to provide the best of pilates reformer and rhythm cycling classes.
Our instructors are here to help you rise and conquer, pushing you to own the best version of you. They aim to create an interactive journey that allows you to let go of your inhibitions and arm yourself with the strength that lasts beyond the studio walls.
